CPG TRANSFER OF TITLE SYDNEY, NSW 10.00am June 30, 2005 - Q Base Pty Limited owner of Q Base Trust, Q Base International, Q Base Projects, Community Participation Guarantee (CPG), and CPG Projects, has accepted a notice of private sale of business to Luxley Enterprises. The off-market transaction which is scheduled for completion by end of December 2005 is speculated to involve a high premium to equity valuation and will include substantial debt-buy-back arrangements with the long-term financier. Q Base commenced trading in 1995 as an office management business providing business services and management consultancy. In 1998 the enterprise launched the CPG and CPG Projects as the market-based application of a ‘Guarantee Concept’. By 1999 CPG had enlarged under the aegis of Q Base Trust and obtained offshore operations the following year in 2000, as the trading entity expanded to encompass Q Base International.
