Powder Bomber

NOXIOUS ATTACK ON BUSINESS PREMISES An unknown terrorist detonated a volatile powder bomb within the Q Base Office Management premises on Thursday evening.  The assailant presumably entered via the rear of the building and launched a plastic vessel containing a volatile cocktail of ‘white’ powder into the courtyard of Q Base Office Management.  The assailant’s powder bomb seems to have misfired as it exploded against the brick wall instead of glass containing wall adjacent. The powder bomb exploded on impact and emitted a volatile burst of foul-smelling odors. A CPG worker who was in the building at the time of the attack said that it was “terrifyingly sudden” and then belched a “foul smell of rotten eggs and rotten milk.”  Immediately, the assailant (who was not properly sighted nor identified) could be heard scurrying away from the scene. Damage to the property included contamination of noxious fumes which had seeped into the building via ventilators near the courtyar...

Computer Upgrades

CPG'S LATEST IT SOLUTIONS Community Participation Guarantee (CPG), operating out of premises at Sydney’s inner city, have upgraded their computer inventories to Dell Technologies. Following the trend of internet-based technology companies, CPG is making the transition to local area networking, interconnectivity, unified communications and even ‘hot-desking’, a new way of mobile computing and getting things done 'on the go'. CPG’s B2B contract with Dell Financial Services enables the business venture to leverage IT Payment Solutions and preserve credit lines for core business investments. With 0% interest financing, CPG is taking full advantage of Dell’s Life Cycle Asset Management Solutions that helps small business to deploy the latest office technologies completely fuss free. “As with any contending business, we’re going all out to become an internet-savvy and high-tech workplace,” says CPG Executive Officer Judith Lee, who has been at the helm of her office managem...

CPG branches out to Community Small Grants

CPG BRANCHES OUT TO COMMUNITY SMALL GRANTS Community Participation Guarantee (CPG) introduces Community Credit Facility (CCF) for non-profit organisations (NGOs). The modern American anthropologist Margaret Mead is often quoted for her saying “Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it’s the only thing that ever has.” This simple mindset captures the philosophy of CPG’s latest public campaign of extending unconditional cash transfers to non-profit organisations. In the four years since CPG commenced operations in the Sydney Metropolitan Area, Q Base Trust via CPG Projects has decided to press ahead with their new tactical deployment initiative of active direct-marketing rather than reverse-marketing their community action platform. A CPG spokesperson says that from their point of view, “many times, and in many ways, cash transfers are the simplest and most direct way to assist community groups.” Running up the flagpole of CPG's...
