Computer Upgrades
Community Participation
Guarantee (CPG), operating out of premises at Sydney’s inner city, have
upgraded their computer inventories to Dell Technologies.
Following the trend of
internet-based technology companies, CPG is making the transition to local area
networking, interconnectivity, unified communications and even ‘hot-desking’, a
new way of mobile computing and getting things done 'on the go'.
CPG’s B2B contract with
Dell Financial Services enables the business venture to leverage IT Payment
Solutions and preserve credit lines for core business investments. With 0%
interest financing, CPG is taking full advantage of Dell’s Life Cycle Asset
Management Solutions that helps small business to deploy the latest office
technologies completely fuss free.
“As with any contending business, we’re going all out to become an internet-savvy and high-tech workplace,”
says CPG Executive Officer Judith Lee, who has been at the helm of her office
management business since 1995 providing secretarial and business consulting prior
to launching the superlative Community Participation Guarantee (CPG) in 1997.
“The new technology
installations which come with Dell’s world-class support services were
definitely a major drawcard. Simply put, the company offers the most
uncomplicated small business solutions for financing, hardware upgrades, and customer
help desk.”
She attributes CPG’s
success to their willingness to uptake these new innovations and productivity
solutions, as well as their culture of business growth through excellence and of course an
abiding commitment to people management.
“CPG has successfully
made the transition from hardware to hardware leasing. We are currently in the process
of phasing out the use of floppy disk drives. The new procedures for reading from
and writing to compact disc (CD) drive is also much more efficient from a data management
perspective,” she says.
As their business continues
to expand, the CPG workplace is now fully optimised for productivity with new hardware
solutions, desktop publishing suites, and multi-functional workstations.
“CPG has already
deployed the mobile computing for ‘en location’ meetings with new recruits, for
convening anyplace with clients and also as an essential tool for research work
when communal computers would otherwise be occupied by others,” she explained.
“Our high-productivity
work environment is now up-to-date with the latest technology workstations, supporting
advanced productivity tools and we’ve really stepped up training and
development,” said Miss Lee who also concurs that, “‘mobility’ is essential and
also it is the new way of transacting with clients.”
